Whether on a long-term stay or a few weeks of respite, we aim to provide tailored homely support in a nurturing and stimulating environment with a big field for gardening plus a few animals and fowl to tend to.
Shared Care believes in empowerment, compassion, and diversity. Every young person deserves a safe and nurturing home where they can grow and learn. We are committed to providing non-judgmental support that respects each young person’s unique experiences, backgrounds, and aspirations. Our ethos revolves around fostering independence, self-esteem, and a sense of belonging, ensuring that every young person can embark on their pathway to adulthood with confidence and resilience. Our Moving on booklet guides our young people from personal hygiene, cooking, et cetera to job interviews and accessing their entitlements as care leavers.
